First of all, thank you for visiting this page. It is my wish to help you get recognized as an author while earning an income from your writing.
I do, however, have a few guidelines that need to be met/followed.
- A synopsis and manuscript, including word count of the manuscript.
- Contact information must be included with submission; preferably included in the same file as the manuscript.
- The genre and your target audience.
- Author information/bio.
- Please send all information in a Word document.
- If your submission is not in a genre I publish I will help you find a publisher more suited to your manuscript.
- Send your files to help@birchbarkpublishing.ca; preferably as one file.
- Please allow up to four weeks for me to read your submission. If you have not received a reply in either direction after that time frame, feel free to contact me at the above email.
- If accepted, a publishing contract will be drawn up to be signed by both parties.
